A custom in-house Next.js ecommerce app couldn't track Google Ads and Meta conversions accurately, and lead/conversion events were misreporting in both ad managers - all under a tight, engineering-paced deadline.
The solution
Audited and rebuilt the Google and Meta integrations end to end: corrected event firing, wired the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and validated that conversions and leads reported correctly across both dashboards.
